Less Talky more dancing. Intense conditioning for dancers! 30 minute fitness warm up focusing on strength and endurance, 30 minutes of non stop drilling, and then 10-15 minutes of deep, relaxing stretching. Strengthen, stretch, tone, and boost your practice!
Minimum one beginner course *with Rahel* OR private lessons to cover the mandatory material if you’ve had previous experience elsewhere.
