Less Talky more dancing. Intense conditioning for dancers! 30-45 minute fitness warm up focusing on strength and endurance, 30-45 minutes of non stop drilling, and then 15 minutes of deep, relaxing stretching. Strengthen, stretch, tone, and boost your practice!
Experience required for Thursdays and strongly recommended for Mondays
