FUN FITNESS WORKOUT:
Fun, hardcore, sweaty, and high intensity strengthening! No experience required (but please check with your doctor  to make sure that this type of activity is safe for you). Tone your arms, back, butt, legs and core but have fun while doing it! Equipment needed: yoga mat, socks or rag for sliding (use paper or plastic plates if you have carpet) and a scarf or rope.

HATHA YOGA:
Gentle, relaxing, and slow. Here we focus on mindfulness, meditation and breathwork, while moving through a gentle flow of stretches designed to facilitate space, revitalization and relaxation in your whole body. Flows are customized each week to students requests. Equipment needed: Yoga mat, a few props(can use blocks, cushions or bolsters) and a strap or towel.

BELLYDANCE CONDITIONING:
Bellydance conditioning for dancers with at least basic beginner experience. Strengthen, stretch and drill! Here we do a fun, but hardcore workout for 30 min (not for the faint of heart), high intensity drills (similar to Level 1), and then a nice long, relaxing 15 min stretch. Equipment needed: yoga mat, and a scarf or rope and socks/rag for sliding (use paper/plastic plates or magazine covers if you have carpet)
